• Ensure you have rights to send the content in your Live Activities and notifications.

Fees and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in writing.

Intellectual Property

ActivitySmith and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the service. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service during your subscription term.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ActivitySmith will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
