Create the ActivitySmith endpoint first, paste it into Sentry, then choose what appears on your device from the incoming payload fields.

Register the Internal Integration in Sentry
Paste the generated ActivitySmith URL into a Sentry Internal Integration's webhook URL and subscribe to the resources you care about. Copy the Client Secret back into ActivitySmith so signed requests are verified.

Map Sentry payload fields into the notification title and message, then assign the webhook to the channel that should receive it.
