Tags
Use tags to organize and filter Push Notification and Live Activity history.

Create tags as you need them
Tags are optional and created automatically when you first use them. Add one tag or several, using names that fit the way your product and team already work.
{ "title": "New subscription 💸", "message": "Customer upgraded to Pro plan", "tags": ["user:382", "billing"]}Organize history around the identifiers you already use
A tag can represent a person, customer, environment, release, workflow, incident, or any other category that helps you find related updates later.
Customer history
Attach the same customer or user tag to billing events, lifecycle updates, support handoffs, and long-running work.

Workflows and operations

One tag connects both kinds of history
Click a tag in Push Notification history to focus that list, or click one in Live Activity history to see matching activities. Open the Tags view for a combined timeline across both.
Manage tags
- Search and sort every tag from one view.
- Open a tag to see its combined Push Notification and Live Activity history.
- Rename a tag and update its visible name throughout history.
- Delete individual tags, selected tags, or all tags without deleting the underlying history.
